Our History
February 2025 “Rapid shift of gut microbiome and enrichment of beneficial microbes during arhatic yoga meditation retreat in a single-arm pilot study” published in BMC Complementary Medicine and Therapies revealing how Arhatic Yoga meditation can rapidly shift microbiomes, potentially benefiting gut health, immunity, and even heart function.
October 2024 Presented at United Nations Side Event on Sustainable Development Solutions hosted by the Mission of Senegal, highlighting Pranic Healing’s global potential in addressing health disparities and advancing integrative health.
April 2024 Delivered oral presentation on In-Vitro Fertilization outcomes enhanced by Pranic Healing and presented two poster on Meditation on Twin Hearts and Microbiome Research from Arhatic Yoga practices at International Congress on Integrative Medicine and Health in Cleveland, Ohio.
2024 Funded global Pranic Healing Research grants, including (1) Arhatic Yoga meditation and beneficial gut microbes; (2) Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Synchrony and Cognitive Function with Meditation on Twin Hearts; (3) Pranic Healing on breast cancer cell lines (MDA MB231); (4) Genetic and genomic effects of Pranic Healing on urban vertical farming; (5) Using advanced tools to measure prana fields, linking energy healing with quantum science and (6) Pranic Healing color energies through Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV) technology.

2023 Funded Pranic Healing Research grants globally including (1) Rapid Convergence of Gut Microbiome and Enrichment of Beneficial Microbes During Arhatic Yoga Practices in a Retreat Environment (Clinical Trial manuscript for publication); (2) Understanding Breast Cancer cell lines (MDA MB231) and Pranic Healing; (3) Pranic Agriculture: Genetics and Genomics of Urban Vertical Agriculture; (4) Quantum Physics Tools to Measure the Prana Field; (5) Opportunities and Challenges of Integrating Pranic Healing Certification Programs; (6) Behavior of Pranic Healing Color Pranas Through GDV (Gas Discharge Visualization).

2021 Started the first in-vivo study on MDA-MB231 Breast Cancer Cell Lines using Pranic Healing.
2018 – 2019 Launch pilot study to evaluate the role of Pranic Healing on the outcomes of in-vitro fertilization
2018 PHRI launched the first research grants program of its kind to advance Pranic Healing using evidence-based research globally. In its inaugural year, PHRI funded 8 research projects in the USA, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Greece, India, Mauritius, and Venezuela.
