Latest Research Study on the Effects of Meditation on Twin Hearts on P300 Values

Congratulations to Dr. Jeff Tarrant, Dr. Neus Raines, and Wayne Blinne on their latest research article The Effects of Meditation on Twin Hearts on P300 Values: A Repeated Measures Comparison on Nonmeditators and the Experienced published in Integrative Medicine: A Clinicians Journal.

The study supports their previous research on the effects on meditation on P300 values by demonstrating that Meditation on Twin Hearts results in immediate cognitive improvements in non-meditators. In addition, the study provides additional evidence that long-term practice results in increased brain efficiency. P300 is an important component for assessing cognitive processes such as attention, working memory, and concentration. These findings suggest that the practice of Meditation on Twin Hearts may result in improved cognitive performance.
