2025<\/strong><\/span> Funded global Pranic Healing Research grants, including (1) Understanding how Pranic Healing can support individuals experiencing cancer, (2) Arhatic Yoga meditation and beneficial gut microbes; (3) Telomeres and Arhatic Yoga practices; (4) Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Synchrony and Cognitive Function with Meditation on Twin Hearts; and (5) Evaluating the effects of Pranic Healing on breast cancer cell lines (MDA MB231).<\/p>

October 2025<\/strong><\/span> Presented oral presentation at the World Congress on Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine Conference in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil (October 2025) on the gut mircobiome study.<\/p>

February 2025<\/strong><\/span> \u201cRapid shift of gut microbiome and enrichment of beneficial microbes during arhatic yoga meditation retreat in a single-arm pilot study\u201d published in BMC Complementary Medicine and Therapies revealing how Arhatic Yoga meditation can rapidly shift microbiomes, potentially benefiting gut health, immunity, and even heart function.<\/p>

October 2024<\/strong> <\/span>Presented at United Nations Side Event on Sustainable Development Solutions hosted by the Mission of Senegal, highlighting Pranic Healing\u2019s global potential in addressing health disparities and advancing integrative health.<\/p>

April 2024<\/strong><\/span> Delivered oral presentation on In-Vitro Fertilization outcomes enhanced by Pranic Healing and presented two poster on Meditation on Twin Hearts and Microbiome Research from Arhatic Yoga practices at International Congress on Integrative Medicine and Health in Cleveland, Ohio.<\/p>
